From the East: From Beltway 8, take Interstate 10 West, Exit Highway 6. Go through the Highway 6 light. Turn right on Broadfield. The first stop sign is Park Ten Place, turn right. Foundation West Houston Surgical Center is on the right, next to the Red Roof Inn.

From the West: Take Interstate 10 East. Exit Highway 6 (Addicks). Make a
U-turn and stay on the feeder road. Turn right on Broadfield (just after the Red Roof Inn). Turn right on Park Ten Place.
